The Malthouse Business Centre

The Malthouse Business Centre is located on the A5 in the heart of Llangollen, just 11 miles from Wrexham, providing excellent connectivity to Liverpool, Manchester, and the Midlands. This beautifully restored 19th-century stone structure features thirty-five unique office units and three meeting rooms across four floors, encompassing approximately 560 square meters or 6,000 square feet. On-site parking is available, along with shared kitchen and restroom facilities on each floor. The building’s original character has been preserved and is evident in the distinctive design of the individual offices.

Business services at the Malthouse

Virtual Office

Use the Malthouse as your official business address for just £18 per month, plus the convenience of having your mail organized and available in your own post box. Available to local businesses only. Contact us at enquiries@llangollen-malthouse.co.uk

Day Office

Book your work space online, by the hour or by the day, with rates starting at just £15 for a two-hour block. Book the hours you want on the days you want using our availability calendar. Enjoy a comprehensive range of services, including high-speed 100mb internet.

Meeting Room

Our meeting room accommodates up to ten people and can be reserved online by the hour or for the entire day. Rates start at £20 for two hours and £60 for a full day. You will have access to all facilities, including high-speed 100mb internet.

To reserve a room, please use the availability calendar below. Bookings are available in two-hour increments. Start by selecting the duration you need, followed by the desired day and start time. You can also make additional bookings for the month or even further into the future at this stage. Once your bookings are confirmed, payment can be made via credit or debit card. Please note that The Malthouse does not have a reception, and entry to the building is managed through key codes. These key codes will be emailed to you along with useful information about The Malthouse and the room. Due to limited parking at The Malthouse, we kindly ask customers to park in the town. Offices to let

The offices are let on a rolling three monthly lease. The lease is made up of two sections part 1 and part 2, copies of which are available here;

 

The rent is paid either monthly by standing order or quarterly by Bank Transfer. The rent does not include your electricity which is metered and charged separately. The tenant is also responsible for there own telephone line which they will need to order separately.  The rent does include all other services including heating. The rent also includes use of all other facilities at the Malthouse including 100MB broadband.  Situated on the 1st and 3rd floors, are the meeting rooms which available free of charge for all at the Malthouse. To book the meeting room please sign up on the notice board in the room.
